CUSTOMER SUPPORTS : SUPPORT GUIDELINES

Support Guidelines

Rnt Tech Global has been fortunate in its technological advances. With advances in technology, there comes a growing need for technical support. To facilitate the states needs, the IT Department has developed support guidelines to be followed for all technology requests. In addition to these guidelines, our Technology Specialists have been assigned to specific sites in order to provide prompt, efficient service.

Support Guidelines:

    1. All support requests must be called or e-mailed to the Help Desk or submitted via the web on the Support Request Form link of the RNT Home Page.
    2. A WORK ORDER is generated by the Help Desk for the individual Technology Specialist assigned to that specific project.
    3. For CRITICAL SITUATIONS, call the Help Desk immediately. The Help Desk will issue an immediate work order. It will take precedence over all other work orders/requests. The Technology Specialist will be promptly dispatched to address the critical situation.
